Autumn is the time when many of us start getting ready for the new year. Brainstorming with the whole team about what we want to do next year and how we are going to achieve our goals. How are we going to put the customer at the centre of everything we do? What does this require from our employees and what does this require from our managers. What training and coaching needs do we have in this regard?

At several customers, we are already invited to their sales teams or regional meetings to guide the brainstorming for the 2024 plans. And meanwhile, we already have extensive experience in organising such so-called “Growth Expedition Workshops” in which we get all noses in sync in a half or full day and together determine what the “growth expedition” for 2024 can look like.
