Our CEO, Stefaan Vandroogenbroeck, has been closely involved with MSPA for 17 years. He was President for Europe/Africa for two years and President Global Chair in 2022.

Multi-Value uses the software platform of provider Shopmetrics: a global IT solution developed specifically for mystery shopping and market research.

The complete operational process of recruiting shoppers, conducting fieldwork, data collection, analysis, reporting and customer portals is supported by this software platform. Shopmetrics is ISO 27001-certified and offers a total solution for all our projects.

The apps and dashboards that come with Shopmetrics can also be made available and customized for your organization. That way, you are assured of personalised reporting.
