On the 3rd of April all Multi-Value team members came together for an enthusiastic team day in Antwerp !
On the agenda :
- A nice breakfast as appetizer for an energizing start of the day
- Photo shoot with the complete Multi-Value team
- Review & goal setting: what were our achievements and what are our goals for the coming period?
- Brainstorming: exchanging experiences and ideas to improve our customer’s experience and operational process
And also… it was a truly meaningful moment of connection.
These moments are valuable. They allow us to reconnect with our team members from the different countries, exchange ideas in a different way, and most importantly, reflect on one essential question: how to better serve our clients, partners, and shoppers every single day.
We wrapped up this great day with a warm lunch together at Sir Anthony Van Dijck, in the historical Vlaeykensgang in Antwerp.
A big thank you to the entire Multi-Value team for their energy, commitment, and these wonderful shared moments.
Taking the time to reconnect also means giving ourselves an extra boost to move forward even better tomorrow.
We have already started working on our action plans, and the results will become visible in the coming weeks!
