On November 21, 2023, the CX Awards will be presented to the best dealer (holdings) and car brands! CX Awards, I hear you thinking? Yes, it is a new initiative by Multi-Value, Vibber, Carmen Automotive BDC and #DCDW. A large-scale study has been conducted, including physical visits and online assessment of applications, based on which it is determined which dealer is the best and which brand can call itself the most Customer Experience friendly. The awards ceremony will take place during the #DCDW Event at the Van Der Valk Hotel in Almere. This event, with Brian Pasch as keynote speaker, is free and open to all employees of dealers, car companies, importers and leasing companies.
