Professional coaches first pay a visit to a mystery shop. After this visit the coaching interview is prepared. After half an hour the coach returns and invites the employee for a coaching interview. Not only the experience is discussed, but the coach also gives usable tips. Afterwards advice will also be given to the shop manager.
The employee can still remember the customer contact well.
