What is it?


This method is an addition to mystery shopping. Just like in case of Mystery Shopping with feedback an appeal is made to the memories of customers. Professional coaches first pay a visit to a mystery shop. After this visit the coaching interview is prepared. After half an hour the coach returns and invites the employee for a coaching interview. Not only the experience is discussed, but the coach also gives usable tips. Afterwards advice will also be given to the shop manager.
