La Place was awarded the Service Champion Award in the fast food category on 19 June 2014. La Place was awarded the first place in the list of organisations and, by doing so, left other large players well behind in this market. La Place is mainly given much praise because it focuses on guests, offers 100 % natural products and its presentation is fresh looking. This award was presented by Service Value that has been doing research into the service level of both German and Dutch companies in different business sectors for many years. 80,000 customer experiences form the basis for the research that is being supported by the Goethe University based in Frankfurt. In total, 268 companies were researched.
